The heart team is a patient-centric care model that assembles a multidisciplinary group of cardiac specialists to collectively assess and analyze a patient's case, collaborating to formulate comprehensive recommendations for the most effective and tailored treatment strategy. The team includes:
- Interventional Cardiologist
- Cardiac Surgeon
- Imaging Physician (Echocardiographer or CT Specialist)
- Cardiac Electrophysiologist
- Cardiac Anesthesiologist
- Clinical Cardiologist
- Nurse
- Technologist
- Cath Lab Specialist

Heart Team Discount Eligibility Criteria
- A minimum of three people must register from the same hospital/institution.
- All registrants using the discount must be affiliated with the same hospital/institution at the time of TCT® 2024.
- Each registrant in the group must hold a valid medical license and be employed in one of the specified professions at the time of TCT® 2024.
Important: Discount will be applied to the prevailing Full Access rates and registration type at the time of registration.
